Becoming Mindful Of The Energy I Give Out

We have to be careful of the energy that we send to others. As you turn on the television, you will began to see a lot of negative energy or fearful energy sent from the news or reality shows. It’s so easy to focus on your own desires and shunned out the desires of others. Especially when we are filled up with pain and sorrow. Hurt people hurt people.

When you are recovering from past mistakes, others mistakes placed on you, family issues, or work issues. Your mind is trying to learn a new way of handling things. It can become easy to believe those old thoughts and repeat old habits and repeat the same cycle that contributes to your current situation.

The reason being is because it is considered normal for you as you grew comfortable with them. God placed me in a new environment and I was still trying hold on to old things. I was unaware how much negative energy I was bringing back home. Our thoughts produce the energy we give out to others including ourselves. This was an issue for me sometimes, I was unaware how my thoughts predicted many outcomes in my life.

My favorite movie as a child was Matilda. I use to love the way she would use her mind or thoughts to produce her desired outcome. Some of the situations were funny but she also used her thoughts to helps others also. I use to wish that I had those same magical powers. The interesting thing is that I do, in fact we all do!

It was what I considered as magic, but as I began to grow more spiritually. I began to understand that its see. As spiritual powers of manifestation. When I am at my best, I producing positive energy to others. I tend to allow others to feel their feelings and create a space where others are free to be themselves.

In Galatians 5:16-17, 22-26 CEV, “If you are guided by the Spirit, you won’t obey your selfish desires. The Spirit and your desires are enemies of each other. They are always fighting each other and keeping you from doing what you feel you should.

God’s Spirit makes us loving, happy, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self-controlled. There is no law against behaving in any of these ways. And because we belong to Christ Jesus, we have killed our selfish feelings and desires. God’s Spirit has given us life, and so we should follow the Spirit. But don’t be conceited or make others jealous by claiming to be better than they are.”

I have made multiple decisions to give love, support, and respect to others outside my home so much that I was not aware that others were transforming their energy to me. It took me becoming overly stressed or overwhelmed for me to understand that I was taking other’s negative energy because they did not have an outlet. It was not something that I asked for but it was something that was being done constantly. I began to understand only I had the power to stop it.

The fundamental concept in Physics Law of Conservative of energy reveals that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it can only be transformed to one form to another. The total amount of energy tends to remain  constant in an isolated system. ( U.S. Energy Information Administration)

This would explain why I felt more discouraged when others including family members would yell or curse at me. I began to discover that I allowing their negative energy to enter into my spirit. Now, theirs thoughts were becoming my thoughts even though spiritually I disagreed with them.

Their negative energy has now been transformed over to me. This would explain why a bad work day would result with me and my spouse arguing about senseless things. Best way to avoid negative energy is to acknowledge it and protect yourself from it. If it’s not a bad work day, but it also family members projecting their worries onto us.

In Galatians 5:7, 9-10 CEV states, “You were doing so well until someone made you turn from the truth. A little yeast can change a whole batch of dough, but you belong to the Lord. This makes me certain you will do what I say, instead of what someone else tells you to do. Whoever is causing trouble for you will be punished.”

This bible verse shows that God has our back. He knows that negative energy awaits for us to assist us to lean further away from God and his plans for our life.

It’s our job to stay connect to God and our higher self by prayer. Meditation and prayer works for me but you may have another way of doing things. I made up my mind that I wanted to be a bring of positive energy, which means that I must stay connected to Jesus who connects us to God.

My higher self allows me to stay focus on what is true in the spirit not through my flesh. We are spiritual beings, we must learn to feed our soul and spirit more. Feeding the soul is true freedom! That’s where real liberation is! You free to be who God’s called you to be by not allowing others to deter you from your desired lifestyle.

Sometimes feeding our soul could also mean feeding our bodies with nutrition things. I noticed the more stressed and worried I was the more I craved fatten foods or processed foods like chips. A good balanced meal helps me to balance the mind ,body, soul, and spirit.

In Romans 8:3-11 CEV, “God used Christ’s body to condemn sin. He did this, so that we would do what the Law commands by obeying the Spirit instead of our own desires. People who are ruled by their desires think only of themselves. Everyone who is ruled by the Holy Spirit thinks about spiritual things. If our minds are ruled by our desires, we will die. But if our minds are ruled by the Spirit, we will have life and peace. Our desires fight against God, because they do not and cannot obey God’s laws. If we follow our desires, we cannot please God. You are no longer ruled by your desires, but by God’s Spirit, who lives in you. People who don’t have the Spirit of Christ in them don’t belong to him. But Christ lives in you. So you are alive because God has accepted you, even though your bodies must die because of your sins. Yet God raised Jesus to life! God’s Spirit now lives in you, and he will raise you to life by his Spirit.”

The Law Of Conservational Of Energy also talks about how chemical reactions also tend to absorb or release energy. Our bodies are seen as machines, where we will need fuel to keep our bodies moving. There are certain vitamins and minerals needs to keep our bodies working at full speed. The food we eat also have purpose in the way we move, breathe, and feel.

While, a fried chicken offers comforted to my flesh. A burrito bowls with veggies comforts my spirit and body allowing me to be strong and stay in motion for myself and my family’s sake. I made a conscious decision to evolve into a better version of myself, where I am working to prove myself wrong about who I am everyday. With self-love, respect, and worth, which comes from God.

I have decided that I want to bring positive energy to myself, family, and those in my atmosphere. It all starts with energy, which is based on what I consume spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I will avoid things that are not of God like gossip, fatten foods, arguing, and cursing others hearts.

What I consume is what I give out, which signifies energy. What energy do you hope to give to yourself and others? How have you worked to manifest that energy to yourself and others?  These are good questions to ask yourself.

In the words of Mother Teresa, “ Spread Love everywhere you go: first of all in your own house. Give love to your children, to your wife, to your husband, to a next door neighbor. Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God’s kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile, and kindness in your warm greeting. “

I hope you chose to set the tone of your life with positive energy starting today because God is willing to do what

Exodus 14:14 CEV states, “The Lord will fight for you, and you won’t have to do a thing.”
